Need a Golf Cart "Mechanic" for tune up

Aloha, I have a 2003 Gas EZ GO Golf Cart with a Robin 295 Engine. It needs, cleaning parts, an oil change, possibly rear differential oil change, new air filter, has a "whining" screeching start up sound from rear that I'd like to be solved. Overall, it's in good shape but needs a health & performance tune up. Back wheels are a bit wobblily, need to be re-applied to axel. Looking for someone with experience maintaining EZ GO golf carts and pay your assessed rate. Mahalo!
