Requirements - Pesticide 3b and 6 certification or ability to obtain - Good eye for detail - Positive and solutions-focused attitude - Valid MI driver's license with clean driving record - Able to carry a backpack sprayer for long periods of time Pay for Planting Bed Maintenance Foreman is $16 - $20/hr. TLC offers PTO, Health Insurance, & 401 k with 4% company match to eligible employment classifications.
