Desperately Need My Instant Hot Water Heater Fixed!

I have a Rinnai R53 (or at least thats what it says on the front of the unit), and it suddenly stopped working today out of nowhere. I've tried resetting the power, turning the water on and off a dozen times, nothing works. When you turn on the power, you can hear a single faint "click", and that's it. If anyone is an expert on these hot water heaters, I would be happy to pay you $100 to come take a look at it. If it takes longer than half an hour you will be compensated for your extra time.
