Job details Salary From $15 an hour & up Job Type Part-time Qualifications High school or equivalent (Preferred) Custodial Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Full Job Description Responsible for ensuing all assigned areas of clients home and business is clean, neat, and orderly while withholding Royalty Cleaning Services standards, policies and procedures. *Valid drivers license required *Janitorial/Housekeeping experience is required *Customer service experience required Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Portray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all clients and prospects Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas in accordance with Company specifications Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or other related appliances Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas May operate personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software Exercises administrative judgment Assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and escalates any customer concerns to management Provides excellent customer service to all clients and prospects Performs other duties, as assigned This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Dependable Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture Independent -- enjoys working with little direction Able to work as a team or individually Excellent customer relationship skills Excellent organization skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15. 00 per hour Email resume to [email protected]
