Part time barn help needed starting immediately - We are a horse training and boarding farm located between Mooresville and Davidson, NC. We are taking applications for a part time horseperson who is capable of cleaning a 17 stall barn Wed and Sunday mornings. Applicants MUST have experience handling horses, mixing feeds, cleaning stalls, interacting with clients and horse owners as well as farm equipment use. Chores incl. cleaning stalls, feeding and turnout daily, 6-7 hrs/day average per day, with opportunity for more work/hours for the right person. This is a physical demanding job so applicants must be fit, strong, and used to outdoor work. Pay based upon experience (the more experience the better), but min start is $11/hr. Will pay more for the right person. Also looking for an experienced groom 3-4 days a week. Again, must have experience grooming, leading, and understanding horses. Start at $10/hr, more for experience and long term/career people.
