We are hiring an entry level, full time maintenance driver for a Property Preservation company. Candidates must be reliable, hardworking, and have a positive attitude. This is not a subcontractor position. Previous maintenance experience is a plus but not necessary, we offer on the job training Typical Work Includes: - Lock Changes - Window and Door Boarding - Debris Removal - Roof Repair/Tarping -Winterization - Sump Pump Installation - Grass Cuts - Shrub/Tree Trimming - Mold Remediation - Minor Carpentry Applicants MUST Have: * Must have basic construction knowledge, and be detailed oriented. * Must able to pass background check and have a valid driver's license. * Must have strong written and verbal English skills * Must be able to take clear progress photos; wide angled before, during, and after photos of work performed. * Must be able to meet deadlines and work with a high volume of work orders.
