We are looking for experienced roofing foreman/supervisors. We are a busy, team-oriented company with a steady influx of new clients looking for experienced roofers to work with! We are primarily a Re-roof company. We work only with direct employees, not subs. Responsibilities • Manage roofing crew from beginning of project to finish. This will include following labor orders, verifying material is correctly delivered, assigning jobsite tasks, managing proper safety on job, turning in job paperwork weekly. • Ensure that all projects are completed with integrity and to both company and code standards. • Communicate effectively with customers as well as work with company representatives to manage customers. • Work with office staff to manage materials, time, and equipment. • Complete projects on schedule and within budget. • Train new employees to work within company standards. • Manage employee time and turn in weekly payroll. Job Requirements. • 5 years experience in residential roofing a must. Knowledge in TPO, EPDM, Metal, and other materials preferred. • At least 2 years experience as a supervisor or foreman. • A good driving record and valid license. • A team-oriented mindset. • The ability to train, motivate and communicate well with team members. • Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. and complete the physical requirements of the job. (company pays a more than 65% of all plans) • 401k after 1 year with a company match up to 3% and partial match from 3-5%. • Pay DOE Once training of position is complete, you will be issued a company vehicle and dump trailer.
