Job Title: •Laborer 1. Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in residential/highway road construction projects; perform manual work in preparing surfaces for paving. 2. The applicant must be able to lift and move product 3. Performs basic road repair and maintenance tasks; reports safety hazards and traffic problems. 4. Ability to work extended hours & irregular days with irregular breaks. 5. Complete all other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager. Key Responsibilities: 1. Have an active Drivers license 2. Pass a MVR and a Drug Test 3. Assure customer satisfaction 4. Represent Hazel Asphalt with integrity and professionalism. 5. Ability to perform manual labor. 6. Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies. 7. Work overtime as required. 8. Position requires that you be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. 9. Organized and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 10. Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times. 11. Report to the assigned job site in proper attire and ready to begin work at the designated start time. 12. Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
