Our property management company is seeking experienced candidates to interview for the position of Groundskeeper for our luxury condominium located in Miami Beach/South Beach, FL (33139). Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours; Tuesday-Saturday 8:30am-4:30ppm **ALL OFFERS ARE CONTINGENT ON PASSING AND DRUG AND BACKGROUND SCREENING!* Responsibilities include: Cleans and polishes lighting fixture, marble surfaces, and trim. Cleans hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas Cleans and maintains the front walkways, sidewalks, decks, walkways, hallways, stairwells, lobby areas, patio areas, tennis and volleyball courts, pool area and chairs, and garages at all times. Sweeps mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Dusts furniture and equipment Polishes metalwork. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills. Empties trash and garbage containers. Transports trash and waste to disposal area. Replenishes bathroom supplies. Replaces light bulbs. Cuts and trims grass, if required. Performs painting projects as assigned. Ensure all inventory items are in good working condition. Pressure clean common areas as required. Use blower in common areas as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
