Property Maintenance/Handyman - Multifamily Experienced and seasoned Commercial Real Estate executive is rapidly expanding his portfolio in South Florida and seeks a motivated self-starter with multi-family experience who wants to learn and grow on a team that specializes in value-add commercial real estate. WE ARE NOT A BROKERAGE OPERATION TRYING TO SELL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. WE ARE AN OWNER OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SPECIALIZING IN CREATING VALUE THROUGH DEVELOPMENT OR REDEVELOPMENT OF INCOME PRODUCING COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ASSETS. This job will offer the opportunity to work side by side with the Principal shareholder and the Property Management team to acquire and grow a multi-family real estate portfolio. You will assist the Property Manager in overseeing and tending to all of the day to day maintenance and property improvement tasks at our multi-family properties in Palm Beach County. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repairs at multi-family properties, with a focus on workforce housing; be comfortable using technology; have HVAC, electrical and plumbing skills; is organized, self motivated and driven; and does not need daily oversight and hand holding. Spanish or Creole fluency is a plus but is not required. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to grow and learn from the ground floor. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
