BASIC FUNCTIONS: The Club House Attendant works in a diverse range of activities involved in cleaning and maintaining Brooklawn Country Club buildings, public areas and offices. Attendants are hospitality centric with frequent interface with club members and staff. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE:  High school graduate or equivalent.  Strong attention to detail.  Ability to communicate effectively and take verbal or written direction  Working knowledge of cleaning techniques  Experience with repairs and painting a plus ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Field member inquiries courteously, efficiently, and promptly. 2. Move tables, chairs, and other furniture. 3. Cleaning of areas throughout the club campus. 4. Assist with painting and basic repairs. 5. Comply with all safety and health regulations. MARGINAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Respond to any reasonable task assigned by Facilities Manager or Senior Management 2.
