Rustic Oaks Landscaping serves the Greater Peoria area for Commercial/Residential Grounds Maintenance and Landscape/Hardscape installations. We are currently looking to immediately hire for two (2) Full-time positions. Mow Crew Leader: This position requires; 1. Minimum five (5) years experience on Commercial mowers. 2. Experience in proper grass trimming. 3. Knowledge of how to properly edge sidewalks. 4. Basic equipment maintenance. 5. Available to work Monday-Friday (weekends if needed). Grounds Crew Technician: This position requires; 1. Basic plant knowledge. 2. Experience with gas powered equipment. 3. Ability to carry over 70 lbs. 4. Available Monday - Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm (Times vary) 5. Saturdays may be required due to weather. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE! Absolutely no exceptions. You must have daily reliable transportation to and from work. The position is full time to include mowing and working with our Lawn and Grounds crews on other projects and client maintenance. Overtime is paid at 1.5 of hour rate. Employees must maintain a professional appearance, work well alone and with others, and have basic knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance.
