WELDER QUALIFICATIONS: • Familiarity With Hardwire MIG Process • Can Read a Tape Accurately • Basic Math /Pythagorean Theorem • Show Up For Work On Time – Ready to Work • Team Player – Solid Work Ethic • Able to Follow Instructions • Creative Problem Solver • Safe & Correct Use of Angle Grinder, Plasma Cuter, Chip Saw and Other Shop Tools as Needed • Occasional Use of Torch • Welder Qualifications Test - Passing Scores Preferred • Pass Pre-employment Drug Test and Pre-employment Physical
