Need a specialty contractor who can perform smaller jobs such as Handyman type repairs. Jobs on a smaller scale. Must have a full size truck or cargo van. All necessary tools for the trades. Will be working on smaller bathrooms, kitchens, wood rot repairs, etc. Specifically looking for someone who can do framing, finishing carpentry. Flooring and is good with painting. Must be available to start immediately. Must have working cell phone as we need to communicate with you thru out the day.
