Seeking New Housing for Rent in July 2021

Unfortunately, my lease may come to an end at the end of July. July 24th to be exact. It all depends on what my landlords depend to do with their housing situation. Being that Bend likes to pretend it's L.A., S.F., and NYC, I find it necessary to begin my search. I have lived in Bend for almost 5 years and the place I live in now is the first time I actually have felt at home. That is me in the picture and that is my dog Zuma but unfortunately, she passed in December 2020 so she is no longer physically with me. I don't want a roommate situation because I'm 35 years old, like my privacy and I'm super clean. Every roommate I have lived with has been disrespectful of common areas and doesn't know how to clean up after themselves. The only roommate I'd consider is a dog but that's only if it's allowed. I have lived in an ADU since January 2020 located in The Parks Neighborhood in Broken Top and wish I could stay for a few years but unfortunately, my fate is up to my landlords. My landlords would be happy to be a reference as they have told me that I am the ideal tenant. I'm quiet, pay my rent 2-3 weeks ahead of time, don't have a lot of people over, don't bug anybody, and just go about my own business. I really take care of every rental property I have ever lived in and tend to leave it better than I found it. Please email me if you think we can work something out. I'd be interested in an ADU, 1 bedroom/1 bath, house, etc. I am flexible and would rather work with you than pay $1900 for 700 sq. ft. That's ridiculous. Thanks for your time. Marisa
