Local remodeler looking for part time/full time helper for residential remodeling projects. Primary duties would focus on drywall repairs & finishing as well as Interior and some exterior painting. Qualified candidates should also know or be willing to learn all other aspects of home improvement including minor electrical/plumbing, carpentry, trim, etc. Must have valid drivers license and dependable transportation to and from job sites. Locations of work are residential homes and the job site will change often. Based in Xenia Ohio, we work in all areas of Dayton, Beavercreek, and Xenia. We are looking for someone dependable. Start time is typically 8:00am and we work until 4:30 pm most days. Work days are M-F with occasional work on Saturdays if workload requires. We are a drug free environment. Position is for a part time to full time W4 employee, we are not looking for subs or 1099 laborers. If interested please email [email protected]
