Check out our instagram! We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our team. We are small business with family values. We take pride in our craft and are committed to quality and good character We want to fill a full time position with work in the Des Moines and Ames area. An experienced painter is needed; spraying and backrolling apartment complexes in the Des Moines area and painting custom homes in Ames. Skills and Responsibilities No experience required. We will train anybody who is desires to learn. Experience with paint prep; spackle, caulk, tape, plastic, cleaning for spraying. Competence with spraying Graco and Titan pumps with ranging products and finishes; including primer, fine finish on trim, stain and lacquer, wall paint. Wiping stain on poplar, oak, and various wood species with high attention to detail. Using a brush and roller to apply paint. Communication and respect to fellow workers, managers, and builders. We strive to be a high quality company in every way, from the paint on our walls to the way we speak and carry ourselves. Eventually manage a house or job from start to finish with one or two other workers. Walk the job with builder, designer, or homeowner to gain clarity on job specifics. Communicating clearly about job deadlines and expected scheduling. Working closely with the Reveal Painting team for training, scheduling, work quality, communication, and other workers. Apply today!
