Sighting: small white/black dog

Update: dog headed east, back down Harris at 5 pm... ( 1st seen on MONDAY @3:30 PM on 3-29-2021) Cute small/medium white dog with brown patches, medium length fur. PEPPY, muscular, could not see collar. Seen: RUNNING IN AND OUT OF FIELD WHERE NEW APARTMENTS are, then headed up the road toward Patton by old folks home.
