Farmers Equipment Company is a full-service agricultural and material handling equipment dealership with locations in both Lynden and Burlington, representing Case IH, Branson, Komatsu, Krone, Oxbo and more. We currently have an opening for an Inventory Coordinator working out of our Lynden, Washington office, supporting both locations.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Work with accounting team to ensure timely and accurate processing of whole good accounts payable
• Coordinate and process the receiving of whole goods at both locations via our business system and physical identification
• Manage inventory control and perform annual physical inventory of whole goods
• Coordinate and process all flooring audits
• Enter whole good masters and whole good purchase orders for sales staff
• Maintain accurate whole goods inventory in business system
• Track whole goods inventory by location and update status in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements include:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to effectively work with a variety of individuals
• Exceptional detail orientation, analytical and problem resolution skills
• Minimum one year directly applicable experience in inventory control
• Proven experience working with purchase order system
• Familiarity with agricultural equipment preferred
