Construction Tradesman - Novice to Expert

Looking to hire someone who is skilled in a variety of construction trades for construction build-outs. This job also requires a bit of warehouse work and event setup type gigs. The right candidate must be willing to work hard when the job requires. As with all labor construction, at times the work is very labor intensive and other times it is easier to handle. Must be able to climb high ladders, lift heavy objects, operate saws, nail guns, and other construction tools, listen and perform instructions with accuracy. Must know Carpentry, Drywall, Paint, Tile/Flooring, Interior Trim. Electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus. Must have some basic tools and knowledge of operating equipment. Precision and accuracy is a must. You must be able to dedicate yourself to the job. Must have flexibility in your schedule to work some evenings and some weekends. You must be able to perform with and without supervision. If you are one of those individuals who prefer to no call/no show when you feel like it, this is not the job for you. Work hours vary depending on the task at hand. To be discussed further with the right candidate. Typical start time is 7am. This will be a nice job for the right individual.
