Lost wedding ring

My wedding ring fell off 3/29/2021 while attending cardiac rehab at Mariam Hospital cardiac rehab at 208 Collyer St Providence. I suffered a heart attack and have lost 25Lbs through the rehab center resulting in a loose fit on my wedding ring. I came home and noticed it was fine after my session today.
