The Baccalaureate Service of Worship brings together graduates and their families to celebrate this milestone in their life.
The day of Commencement begins with a special service of praise, prayer, and thanksgiving for the journey that has brought the graduate to this very special milestone in their life. The hour-long worship service includes hymns, prayers, and liturgies and will feature retiring professor Dr. Sue Dickson as the keynote speaker. Due to Covid protocols, attendance will be restricted to the first 100 graduates who RSVP for the event. Attendees will be allowed to invite up to 2 family members to join them (and have the additional benefit of advance parking for the undergraduate ceremony!). Graduates are encouraged to wear their graduation gown (cap optional).
