Description
Requirements:
• Seeking an honest, outgoing, person of integrity willing to make a long-term employment commitment
• Able to spend extended periods of time outdoors. Able to walk through two 2-story buildings, two 1-story building and one 7-story building, the mechanical rooms, and the grounds on a daily basis.
• Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Ability to work well with others, and communicate effectively with the tenants, vendors and property manager.
• Capable of working independently and staying on task. Follow up and follow-through with outstanding issues. Non-smoker preferred.
• Conduct daily and periodic site and common area inspections to ensure ongoing quality of care and identify
necessary repairs.
• Perform daily functions of the property including the maintenance of the grounds, amenities, parking,
equipment and all building systems.
• Perform custodial work, including dusting, sweeping, trash removal, pressure washing etc. in the common areas.
• Check functionality of fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, the entry doors and the generators
• Perform light maintenance painting or minor plumbing and equipment repairs as required.
• Keep accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, work orders, inventories and stock.
