Old Colorado City Trash Fairies / West Side Cares - Great American Cleanup 2021! Come and give back to the community and support a great event! We will be working on cleaning West Fountain Creek between 25th street and Ridge Road. We always are looking for volunteers! You never know what "interesting" things you may uncover in the waters of Fountain Creek sometimes wrappers, sometimes beds and everything in between. We supply you with trash grabbers, bags and gloves! You supply the manpower to clean up the creek, a vital resource to our area. We do ask that children under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult or guardian and that participants wear footwear suited for working along steep embankments close to water (flip flops just will not cut it!) We have swag bags to a few community sponsors that we will be distributing to participants involved with our group!
