To register yourself or your family for this service, click the green "Register" button. Below you will find some answers to Frequently Asked Questions. If you have any technical issues or any other questions not addressed here, please don't hesitate to call our church office at 504.482.6221 for more help! REGISTRATION FAQ'sWill I need a ticket(s) to attend the service? No. We are currently offering 'Open Seating' in addition to 'Socially Distanced Seating' that you can register for.Is there a cost for the ticket? No. We are using a service called EventBrite to help us manage the seating for our church services. Even though you will be asked to "Buy" a "Ticket" in order to "Register", you will not actually be charged for a ticket at "Checkout". How do I reserve a ticket? Click the green "Register" button. Locate your family size and select the number of "tickets" needed for your family. (Ex. If you are a Family of 3, you'll select 3 seats in the "Family of 3" section).Will I need to have my tickets to get in the building? No. Unless you've signed up for a seat you may sit wherever you'd like in the 'Open Seating' section. What should I do if I can't print or find my ticket(s)? Once you arrive at LCC, visit the Welcome Center for help.Will onsite registration be available? Yes. Will the services continue to be livestreamed? Yes. We are planning to continue livestreaming the services each weekend until further notice.What should I do if my child becomes restless during the service? We do have a Family Room available upstairs in Room 200 where families can reserve a table and view the services in a more kid friendly environment. Contact [email protected] to reserve a table.SUNDAY GATHERING FAQ's Will there be pre-service meetings? Yes. School of the Word will meet in Room 200 at 8:00a. What time can I arrive to service? Doors will open 15 minutes prior to School of the Word or the service time. (7:45a for the 9:00a service, 10:45a for the 11:00a service). How will I know where to sit when I arrive? The seats in the Auditorium will be labeled to correspond to your ticket Section/Row/Seat number. When you arrive, be ready to show your ticket (either from your phone or printed out) to someone from our Hospitality Team. They will help direct you to your seats. Should I wear a face mask to the service? Yes. We are asking everyone to wear a face mask for our gatherings. If you don't have a face mask or forget to bring one, we'll have some available for free at our Welcome Center in the Foyer.Will there be children's ministry during the service? Unfortunately, no. What we do have is a Family Room setup up upstairs in Room 200 where families can reserve a table and view the service in a more kid-friendly environment. Contact [email protected] to reserve a table.We know that this does not work for all families so the video teachings for LCC Kids is available HERE.I'm over 65. Should I come to the service? The government is recommending (not mandating) anyone age 65 and older to continue to stay home and not attend public gatherings.Will I be able to watch the service on the TV in the Foyer or Nursing Mother's Room? No. We will NOT be broadcasting the service throughout the building. Everyone must be seated in the Auditorium for the service. Will there be coffee? Unfortunately, no. You will be allowed to bring bottled water into the auditorium.
