SEEKING CARPENTER FOR 10 X 12 SHED DESIGN & BUILD OR ASSEMBLE & ERRECT FROM PRE CUT WOODEN OR SHEET STEEL KITS I am requesting a quote(s) from an experienced carpenter to either: 1.) Utilize an existing "public" design plan (blueprints) & build a 10 X 12 shed. (labor & materials). 2.) Assemble / errect 10 X 12 shed from commercial pre cut wooden kit. 3.) Assemble / errect 10 X 12 shed from commercial pre cut sheet steel kit. A foundation is in place, i.e., patio blocks within +/- 4 inches of level. Minimal site / foundation preparations needed. Project materials drop off point distance to shed site location 20 feet. Do you know if this type of structure requires any building permit?
