Safely distanced indoor yoga with Bhav Brigade at Elation Brewing. A portion of donations benefit the Elizabeth River Trail Foundation. We hope you can join us for another socially distanced, multi-level flow class this Saturday at Elation Brewing Co.! Danielle Stern will lead this practice from 11am-12pm on 4/3/2021. Pre-class registration is required via EventBrite, and class is limited to 15 students. Please note this is a slight increase from previous classes due to lifted state restrictions. To reserve your spot, sign-up through the EventBrite link. Please bring your own mat and any props to make your practice more comfortable. EventBrite does not allow multiple donation tickets at once so if you're bringing friends or family, each ticket will need to be purchased/donated separately. The class is a suggested minimum donation of $8 and 25% of the proceeds will benefit the Elizabeth River Trail Foundation (https://elizabethrivertrail.org/). We hope to see you there!
