As we continue to grow our company and our brand, our team is looking for a dynamic and flexible Cleaning Technician to provide exceptional cleaning and organizational support for our company’s headquarters, as well as two home offices located within the greater Phoenix area. Job responsibilities at DIZPOT HQ: • Maintaining the DIZPOT core values while interacting with our customers, vendors, and colleagues. • Maintaining the appearance of the front office area, and kitchen and breakroom and employee offices. • Emptying trashes and shredding bins as needed. • Restocking and ordering all kitchen and bathroom supplies without shortages. • Cleaning interior and exterior windows (no ladder required). • Washing dishes and utensils. • Vacuuming and mopping floors. • Dusting display shelves, furniture, and office decor. • Sanitizing both women’s and men’s restrooms. • Cleaning kitchen appliances (internal and external). Job responsibilities at DIZPOT offsite home offices: • Sanitizing kitchen, bathrooms, common areas and bedrooms. • Vacuuming and mopping floors. • Dusting throughout the house. • Cleaning window interiors. • Washing and folding laundry. **This is not an all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned as the need arises.** Required Resources: • Must own a working and reliable vehicle. • Must have a valid driver’s license and current car insurance. • Must have the ability to travel to and from our company’s headquarters to our two offsite home offices (up to 12 miles one way). Required Skills & Abilities: • Reliable: Exemplifies proficient time management skills. Shows up on time, and as scheduled. • Dependable: Demonstrates the ability to work throughout their shift, unless on a scheduled break. • Flexible: Has the ability to shift gears as necessary and re-prioritize work. • Dedicated: Goes above and beyond with all aspects of their role • Professional: Maintains friendly and courteous interactions with visitors, clients, and colleagues. • Problem solver: Strong ability to work independently and identify ways to innovate their role. • Detail-oriented: Never overlooks the small things or settles for the bare minimum. Experience: • 2-3 years of relevant work experience. • Excellent organizational and cleaning skills are required for this role. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. • Must be able to squat and bend for long periods of time.
