Job site helper/runner needed for multiple residential construction sites. Site clean up, dump runs, errands, job site logistics helper. Some light handyman work will also be required. Applicant must be good at multi tasking, have good communication skills, and be organized. Clean DMV record required. Will be driving company vehicle. Part time to full time hours available, depending on work in progress. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS -Ability to lift 50+ lbs, utilize basic construction equipment, perform basic construction tasks, wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Safety Glasses, Hard Hat, protective footwear, respirators or other PPE's as needed in compliance with OSHA regulations) WORK ENVIRONMENT -Working out of a main office or out of a field office at the construction site, construction site helper will help to monitor the construction sites and communicate with construction management & staff. Site helpers may travel extensively when the construction site is not close to their main office or when they are responsible for activities at two or more sites.
