Found on Cooper Street near Blair in Felton. Very friendly and seems to have enjoyed life in a house at some point in the past. Very skinny cat, can feel it's ribs prominently. Otherwise seems to be in decent shape. Hoping this cat just found it's way outside and is looking for its home. Could that be you?
