We have a 5 / 7 year old pit mix who needs a good home. She needs a home with a fence and someone who is able to dedicate the time that is needed for a pet. She is very good with children but I think the best home for her would be adults with no other animals. ( we now have 6 children and she has never ever been a problem with them but when they run around she gets excited and likes to jump ) My boyfriend originally rescued her and at the time it was just him and his two children but now we have six and the time we can spend with a dog is very limited. Her anxiety has gotten pretty bad and she scratches herself due to being bored I believe. She loves treats and playing fetch. I do not know what happened in her original first home but I do know she does not like shouting or any type of play that seems rough. ( wresting between kids and so on ) She needs a calm environment where she gets a lot of attention. She will come with a small re homing fee and I do hold the right to deny giving her away to anyone I do not feel is fit. If by first impression she does not seem to like you I will not let her leave with you. Please understand that before contacting me. She is behind on her vet care as well.
