We are a small property management company in Calhoun, with multiple units, and we are looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and affordable handyman who is willing to work with us on an on-call basis for repairs and renovations. We’re looking for a Jack (or Jill!) of all trades who is flexible, talented, and who has a can-do mindset. Projects are typically painting, wall/ceiling repairs, laying flooring, repairing/replacing siding, cabinet replacement/repair, outlets fixed/replaced, minor electrical, minor plumbing, appliance installation, etc. Must be willing to undergo a basic background check and provide references.
