Family Childcare in Sunnyvale needs 2 part time teachers/assistants. Afternoon position open May 1st: Mon - Fri 1:30-5:30pm with the possibility of additional hours as a sub. Morning position open in summer: Mon - Fri 9:30-1:30 with the possibility of additional hours as a sub. (Start date flexible) Preferred 2 part time employees, but possibly one full time for the right person. (in summer). Must love kids, be reliable and punctual, and speak fluent English. We have a great group of kids (up to 12 each day) ages 6 mo to 4 yrs. Duties include: supervising children playing inside and in the backyard, reading stories, singing songs, playing games, changing diapers, serving meals, cleaning up after the children, painting and doing art, teaching, and playing. Fingerprint background check, current TB test and vaccinations required. We pay through a payroll company with all employment documentation and taxes applied. Covid safety is very important to us. Must be willing wear a mask and get covid vaccine as soon as an appointment is available. Must practice safe covid measures both in and out of work. We'd love to hear from you.
