Property management company needs handyman April thru July to assist with fixing student rental houses; minor repair work; painting. Experience required.. Must be a team player, have reliable transportation (truck helpful) and a positive attitude, be reliable, on time, and have sense of humor. Some Saturday work may be required. Preparing houses for new tenants. Lots of painting, cleaning etc. All houses close to downtown Athens and UGA. Our office is on Milledge Ave. Please provide references.
