Do you want to feel stronger, less stressed, more balanced? We’ll support you throughout all of those journeys. Because that’s what barre3 is all about: To teach people to be balanced in body, and empowered from within. You can do this "FREE "for all levels" 45 min outdoor class barefoot or with sneakers. Please bring a bottle of water, your own mat, a set of light hand weights and a core ball (optional).
