We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance/repairs for our Apartment Community in Everett. This position is Full-Time / 40 hours a week / Tuesday – Saturday Are you one of those hardworking individuals who is good at fixing everything? Are you that person everyone calls when something isn't working right and they just need someone to fix it? Then we need you! We are looking to find someone who is skilled in these areas: Plumbing Repair (Toilets, Sinks, Faucets, Tubs, Garbage Disposals) Electrical Repair (Light Switches, Outlets, Ceiling Fans) Carpentry Repair (Doors, Drawers, Cabinets, Locks) Appliance Repair (Dishwasher, Stove, Refrigerator, Washer, and Dryer) Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions. Assist with ancillary building systems necessary to keep systems operating at peak performance with minimal downtime. Receive direction from Lead Facility Engineer or Facility Manager. Maintain facility equipment as indicated by preventative maintenance plan. Provide general building maintenance and perform routine maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot, evaluate, and recommend upgrades. Order parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs. Forward high-level technical maintenance to appropriate resource. Customer Service Respond to customer service requests. Monitor service requests in work order management system. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and maintain positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients. Other duties as assigned.
