Brilliant Staging & Design is seeking movers/drivers. We are a local staging company located in South Everett and we service all of Snohomish County and North King County. We are looking for a mover/warehouse associate as well as a Driver/Mover Warehouse manager. This is an exciting opportunity with lots of potential to grow with the company. Must have a great positive attitude. REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license Must have a good driving record Reliable means of transportation Moving or Warehouse experience required Management experience is a bonus Good Organizational skills Must be cleared to maintain and operate up to a 26’ box truck Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Frequently lift and/or move more than 60 pounds Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol and background screening Performance will be evaluated on a monthly basis and will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the following: Employee shows up on time to work/meetings Employee dresses and behaves in a professional manner Inventory and homes are not being damaged Work is being completed in a timely manner Warehouse is organized and in good working condition No complaints have been filed against employee Employee follows directions and communicates well with the team Ability to complete the position responsibilities listed below HOURS: FLEXIBLE– 40 hours per week Business hours which employee is expected to be available for work are Monday- Friday, between 8am-5pm with the ability to make up hours on weekends as needed RESPONSIBILITIES: Pulling, safe loading, unloading, placement, removal, wrapping, transportation and safe storage of staging inventory Getting inventory to and from stagings/destages in a timely manner Inventory control, reporting and fixing damaged inventory if possible Warehouse Organization and cleaning Maintaining Inventory Organization on Racking System Vacuum/Sweep warehouse regularly to help keep inventory clean Use inventory system to find/mark inventory for staging/destaging Use company calendar to keep up with the ever-changing schedule Working under time constraints, maintaining strict attention to detail, quickly developing comprehensive knowledge of inventory, and demonstrating a willingness to learn product and acclimate to the company culture. Manage other movers/helpers Manage the inspection of fire extinguishers annually Taking care of all company property to include tools, vehicles, inventory etc. Showing up to meetings and work on time Good Customer Service Skills Related keywords: warehouse manager, warehouse, warehouse supervisor, manager, supervisor, logistics, mover, driver, labor Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
