Established company located in Monroe has an immediate opening for a commercial/residential installer of shower doors, mirrors, window blinds and closet systems. This position is 40 hours per week, typically 4 ten hour days. Duties: • Load/unload van and drive to assigned locations • Installation of mirrors and shower doors • Installation of closet systems (i.e. wire shelving, adjustable closet systems) • Installation of mini-blinds, cellular shades and roller shades • Must provide excellent customer service • Must maintain a neat appearance • Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned, from time to time, as related to the position. Requirements: • Glazing experience preferred (i.e. installing heavy glass shower doors & mirror installation) • Ability to use hand tools including an 18 volt driver and 3/8” drill • Ability to measure accurately • Strong problem solving skills • Adept at multi-tasking • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently/accurately in a fast-paced environment • Valid Driver’s License with clean record (must provide a Driver’s Abstract) • Must be 21 years old or older for insurance purposes • Must be able to pass regular drug tests per job site requirements • Have a strong command in English communication both oral and written Physical requirements: • Ability to operate a motor vehicle (Panel Vans) • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis • Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as loaded boxes, racks, general hardware, equipment, dollies, hand trucks and various carts • Ability to operate a wireless phone • Ability to safely lift and/or maneuver up to 75 lbs. • Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks Competitive wage + benefits EOE
