We are looking for new field techs to join our team of skilled high rise window cleaners. You’ll be working with a great group of guys in a family operated company. All our managers have been promoted from within. This round of new hires will be a great position for advancement as they'll have enough time to be fully trained for our spring/summer busy season. Our projects are primarily larger residential communities, you’ll rarely be on site alone. Enjoy the best views our city has to offer. We work out of bosun chairs using squeegees. No experience required, our team will train you in the craft of window cleaning, rigging and repelling. You must have experience and thrive in a high activity and detail oriented work environment. You'll be given dedicated equipment and have the ability to make customizations according to your window cleaning style. Starting for inexperienced is $20.50/hr, your pay will advance as skills improve. Starting pay is higher for experienced. Year round work.
