Brakebill Construction, Inc. has been an Eastside based general contractor since 2009, specializing in large scale residential remodeling and additions. We work with a loyal and trustworthy network of subcontractors, architects and engineers. Creating and building is our passion and we're looking for someone who shares that passion to join our team. We are looking for a qualified carpenter join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience. Working with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential. Responsibilities & Requirements: • Framing, finish carpentry, punch list, demo & clean-up • Work closely with the GC and team • Work well with team members, home owners, subcontractors and architects • Have drivers license, reliable transportation and basic hand tools • Excellent communication skills with team members, subcontractors and home owners • Attention to detail and high quality standards • Ability and desire to have creative thinking • Ability to pass a background check • Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times • Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction • Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools COVID-19 precautions: • Personal protective equipment provided or required • Social distancing guidelines in place • Virtual meetings • Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Benefits: Paid time off Bonus pay Please reply with your resume if this job position interests you!
