JOB DESCRIPTION One Stop Home Services is looking for Roof Cleaning Technicians to bring on board our growing team. The role of the Roof Cleaning Technician is to use safe cleaning methods to treat the roof and remove moss in King and Pierce counties. In addition to roof cleaning, you will be doing minor roof/gutter repair, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, siding cleaning, and general pressure washing like driveways. Experience REQUIRED in roof cleaning/roof repair/pressure washing. Must be reliable. Two week notices required if you're leaving the company. We are growing and are looking for team leads, managers, and salespeople so we have high potential for growth. We provide: - Roof cleaning trailer/equipment and vehicle. - Work clothes and gear. PAY: - $27 an hour on average to start and up to $30/hour depending on experience. We pay per job so your per-hour pay depends how efficiently you work. We also pay for drive time. And we pay for your phone bill. This position is for a very self driven person. - Bonuses for great work, reviews, and commissions on top for self generated services. - We offer paid training as well. REQUIREMENTS: - experienced in roof cleaning/roof repair/pressure washing - be very reliable, show up on time, not miss work days. - be able to lift at least 50 pounds including a 28 foot extension ladder. - be able to communicate with clients on the job. - be able to work solo after training as most jobs are done by yourself. - be comfortable on heights. - have a valid driver license with a clean driving record. - be able to to pass a drug test and background check. - be in good physical shape. - be able to work outside in all weather conditions HOURS: - 35-40 hours a week with overtime available. - 5 days a week, 7-9 hours per day. - This is a year round job. - Jobs can be anywhere in King or Pierce counties.
