Excavation Company seeking skilled workers to join our team working in Kitsap County. Pay level is dependent upon your skill level and experience ranging from $18-$35 per hour. Job Qualifications Required * Must have experience in working construction, outdoor work in all weather conditions * Must be 18 or older * Must have a valid driver's license, personal transportation to jobs including auto insurance Expectations * Report to assigned job site location on time each day, usually 10 min before shift starts. * Ability to mobilize to job sites in Kitsap County, Silverdale, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, Gig Harbor * Follow safety and employment policies * Must be able to lift 75+ lbs * Must be able to perform hard physical labor for 8 hours or more * Must have PPE, protective toe boots, high visibility cloths, hard hat, rain gear, head lamp Type of work we do: * Excavate Dirt Work, Foundations Cuts, Clearing, Demolition * Install utilities conduits, water, gas, power, cable * Site Development * 100 + homes per year To Apply Email the following items: (Phone Calls and Incomplete emails will not be accepted, no exceptions) * Resume * Your Name * Address * Phone # * Description of our skills and experience in the civil construction industry * Desired rate of pay * References of your 2 past employers including contact information.
