ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Remove old insulation and attic cleanup. • Measure and cut sections of insulation to the proper length. • Install insulation properly, using proper materials and tools. • Remove/clean debris from attic and crawlspace. • Use common hand tools such as box cutter, scissors, saws, and staple guns. • All aspects of removal and installation of Ducting • All aspects of removal and installation of Radiant and Vapor Barrier • Rodent Proofing • Sanitation • Mold Remediation QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous insulation experience is a plus. • A valid WA driver’s license (with a good driving record); • Ability to use a staple gun, hammer, utility knife and work on scaffolding or ladders. • Ability to lift in excess of 75 lbs and ability to crawl in small spaces (i.e. attics) • Regular attendance is required.
