Handyman needed in Miami Beach Part-Time We buy/rent/flip homes in the area and we need help with upgrading. Work include: - Property Maintenance - Repairs, Upgrades, Renovation, Carpentry, light Plumbing & Electrical - Tentant services - Tentant turnovers - Meet & Greet Tenants - Other things You get paid right away. REQUIREMENT: - Paid daily initially then after repor weekly as independed contractor - Years of Experience with lots of tools - A valid Driver License - Own a Car or Truck (no drop-off/pick-up, must have your own car/truck) - NON smoker, Drug free, Clean background - Work involves travel to Palm Beach, Port Saint Lucie, Orlando, Tampa and surrounding areas from time to time - Accept payment via Cash App, Zelle, Bank wire or PayPal
