My cat got out around 2:30 pm today on Monday, March 29th. He is incredibly sweet and will walk up to anyone. His name is Cosmo and has a black and white crescent moon and star collar with a star name tag. His name tag has my phone number and address on it. I live off the corner of billy frank and chestnut st so he could be very close to this area. I would give a $100 reward if you can find him.
