Mixed dog needs a new home

I am helping my girlfriends mom find a new home for her dog. She was given this dog by a co worker about a year ago and has tried to make it work. Unfortunately with her work schedule, no yard, and no skillset in training she would rather find a new home for this beautiful dog. Not sure what of mix it is, but it's a very friendly dog, just needs some training and a backyard to play in.
