Looking for painters and punch repair people for rental home turns. We do a lot of paint touch ups with an airless sprayer, so if you have a sprayer and shield and know how to use it, let's talk. Please actually know what you're doing. We do repaints as well. This is fast paced work and so efficiency and attention to detail is very important. We can discuss hourly and turnkey sub contracted options, but subs will need to be fully equipped and insured. We also do general house/punch repairs, replacing broken doors, blinds, lights, etc etc. Let me know what your skill sets are and we can go from there.
