Hiring Full Time Experienced Carpenter $18-$22/hr Depending on Experience Requirements / Experience • Skilled Craftsman - Finish Carpentry and General Construction Minimum 5 Years Experience • Independently install drywall, sanding, priming and painting • Install doors, trim, baseboards • Carpenter with remodeling versatility. Position involves trim, cabinetry, flooring, occasionally framing and demolition • Desire to provide quality productivity to get the job done safely and on time with attention to detail • Ability to work great with others to achieve goals • Willing to learn new trades required to meet the demands of other services that our company provides such as; mold remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, water damage, installation of water control systems, demolition, window washing & carpet cleaning • Ability to work safely in a construction environment • Results-oriented individual with the ability to interpret and effectively manage multiple and competing priorities and time lines • Licensed Driver - Good Driving Record General Duties – will be trained in some areas • To participate in demolition, remediation, cleaning, packing, moving and being responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site. (This includes adhering to OSHA safety protocols, wearing a full hazmat suit when job requires for safety purposes) • Communicating with project manager on any changes in details of projects. • Customer Service • Following written production procedures. • Daily completion and tracking of job scope paperwork, electronic timecard system, end of day reporting and other necessary paperwork. • Maintenance and cleaning of equipment, vehicle general maintenance and cleaning. • Assistance with contents and cleaning services as required. • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines. • Carpet cleaning & window cleaning for commercial jobs. • Other duties as assigned by upper management. The workspace may be contaminated with mold and mildew, contaminated water or other unsanitary conditions. Protective gear is available for use and is required on some heavily contaminated work sites. Must be an independent problem solver with huge attention to detail.
