Looking for Mandolin/Fiddle Player

We are a local Americana/Jamgrass band looking for a mandolin/fiddle player. We play electric and acoustic bluegrass and add our bluegrass influence to cover rock, blues, country and even some jazz. Need to be able to improvise and have good music theory knowledge.
