Housekeeper & Dogsitter Needed Housekeeper needed weekly, preferably Fridays 8am - 4 pm or less if that is the time you need to get the work done. Salary is $240 plus tip based on performance. Dog sitting salary is $150 per day when we are out of town. House is approx. 4,600 square feet of hard flooring with Persian rugs, antique art and some (but not all) antique furniture throughout, no stairs. Qualifications: MUST LOVE DOGS Must be 18+ years old 2+ years housekeeping experience Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to provide references or letters of recommendation Must be able to pass a criminal background screening (marijuana charges don’t count) Must have the ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. Must have good prioritization and time management skills. Knowledge of the English language both written and spoken. Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents. Attention to details. Physical strength and stamina to do the necessary work. Duties and Responsibilities: Household laundry, such as bedding, towels, etc. Perform a variety of cleaning activities such a sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and polishing. This includes antique furniture and vintage rugs. Clean and sanitize all bathrooms, including the shower and/or bathtub, toilets, sinks, etc. Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including emptying and loading the dishwasher (if needed). Clean windows and glass doors (inside only weekly). Monthly, come one extra day for baseboards, exterior windows and other tasks at a negotiated rate. Occasionally, usually up to 30 days total per year, come and stay at our house to watch the dogs while I travel. We will provide your groceries during your stay, have most tv platforms (Xfinity, Hulu, Netflix and more), have a pool and a generally relaxing environment.
